Brooke was such a sweet person to work with! She had a vision; simple, with only a few types of flowers. The original plan was white and light pink roses with simple greenery, then Brooke had the idea to change it to light pink roses and tuberose! What an awesome change! The tuberose is incredibly fragrant, one of my favs! Light pink roses and tuberose it was! What I loved about Brooke was that she was very easy to work with and very organized (she even made me a spread sheet!)
Brooke’s bridal bouquet was a cascade style bouquet made with beautiful light pink roses, tuberose and trail of silver dollar eucalyptus and seeded eucalyptus. I’m over the moon happy that Brooke loved her bouquet!
Brooke wanted flowers in her hair and asked me to create a simple clip with flowers for her. I’m obsessed with how this came out! I won’t lie, while I was making it I wasn’t happy with how it was turning out, so I started over again and I’m glad I did! The finished product is simple yet very pretty and looked lovely in Brooke’s hair! The clip was made on a classic brown clip barrette and made with light pink spray roses, tuberose blooms, seeded eucalyptus, silver dollar eucalyptus and loops of twine.
Brooke’s bridesmaids bouquets were clutch style bouquets made with light pink roses, tuberose, silver dollar eucalyptus and seeded eucalyptus and were stem wrapped with light pink ribbon.
The sweet flower girl’s head wreath was made with light pink spray roses, tuberose blooms, seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus and had streamers of light pink ribbon and twine dangling down the back.
Zach’s boutonniere was made with a light pink rose, tuberose bloom, both seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus and was stem wrapped with twine.
Zach’s groomsmen boutonnieres as well as the Father’s boutonnieres were made with a light pink rose, silver dollar and seeded eucalyptus and were also stem wrapped with twine (Brooke requested twine to make things feel a bit more rustic). The Mother’s/Grandmother’s pin-on corsages (requested by Brooke) were made with a light pink rose, tuberose blooms, seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus and a bow made with twine. Loved the pink and the light brown!
For the ceremony Brooke had two small urn pedestal containers that I filled with light pink roses, tuberose and both seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus. I loved how these looked sitting on top of columns at the head of the aisle!
The reception centerpieces were made in simple glass vases and filled with light pink roses, tuberose and both seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus.
When I delivered this wedding I learned that Brooke and Zach were both 21 years old and have been together since they met in 8th grade! How amazingly sweet is that! I wish this sweet couple nothing but a lifetime of happily ever after!
