Jeff and Katie were such a fun couple to work with. Katie was not really sure what kind of flowers she wanted, but she knew her color scheme was pink and purple. I loved collaborating with Jeff and Katie to create a very romantic yet unique look for their summer wedding at Coto de Caza Country Club.
Katie’s bouquet was made with white oriental lily blooms, light pink roses and a collar of lemon leaf greenery. So simple but stunningly beautiful! Katie’s bridesmaids all held simple yet elegant bouquets made of light pink oriental lily blooms with collars of lemon leaf greenery.
The boutonnieres were made of roses, misty blue and tree fern. Jeff wore a white rose while the groomsmen and fathers wore light pink roses.
Katie and Jeff were using an arch for the ceremony so I made a pink, purple and white piece for the top of the arch. I was thrilled with the outcome! We also decorated the chairs along the aisle with pink oriental lilies and greenery.
Katie decided she looked the idea of having two different centerpiece looks for her reception. The first look we went with was a more traditional yet romantic bubble bowl filled with light pink oriental lilies, misty blue, tree fern and lemon leaf. The second look we did was a more unique look using submerged purple vanda orchids in cylinder vases with floating candles. I LOVE this look! Very romantic with all the candles lit.
This was such a lovely wedding to do and I’m so glad I had the opportunity!
