Like her rehearsal dinner flowers Joan knew exactly what she wanted when it came to the wedding flowers. Her favorite flower is the tulip and she wanted very happy spring colors of pink, yellow and purple, and that is exactly what she got!

Joan’s bridal bouquet was made with bright yellow, pastel pink and medium purple tulips hand tied and stem wrapped with a bridal white satin ribbon.

To match his beautiful bride, Bob wore a simple yellow tulip boutonniere.

Their sweetheart table was lined in front with a eucalyptus greenery garland and Joan’s bridal bouquet served as their centerpiece.

The guest table centerpieces we played around with doing each table a single color of tulips, but in the end Joan decided she liked mixed colors best. Those pieces were made in bubble bowls with pastel pink, bright yellow and purple tulips with both variegated pittosporum and bear-grass greenery at the base.

I love tulips! They are the perfect spring wedding flower! I also love how they do their own thing and “dance” around. A tulip floral arrangement will be totally different from day to day. Just like a marriage sometimes things are pointing up and sometimes things are pointing down. Wishing these two a beautiful dance through life together!
