Matt and Vivianna was a fun wedding on the Eternity Yacht in Newport Beach. I loved helping this couple with their wedding flowers because it was the first (and only time since) I’ve worked more with the groom and the bride. Matt had a very clear vision for the flowers. The color scheme was purple and white and we used predominantly white oriental lilies, lavender roses and dendrobium orchids. Vivianna’s bouquet was a cascade style bouquet made with white oriental lilies, lavender roses, purple dendrobium orchids and bear grass. The Bridemaids bouquets were smaller versions of the brides. The ceremony flowers aboard this yacht were two vases and an “arch” piece all made with white oriental lilies, lavender roses, dendrobium orchids and greenery.

For the centerpieces and cake Matt had a very clear vision of what he wanted and provided me the pictures and containers. I loved the modern look of the centerpieces in bamboo trays with the candle in the middle and lily bloom on either side of the candle. I also loved how the purple gems strewn on the table to bring in the color purple to the centerpieces. The cake was very cool with the purple scrolls and was completed with lily blooms and buds, white cymbidium orchid blooms and dendrobium orchid buds.

Such gorgeous flowers (and my favorite colors)!
