Daulton and Anna, what a sweet couple! I was referred to them via a wedding planner I work with who happened to be childhood friends with Daulton’s mom. Daulton and Anna live in Arizona and we met up for dinner one night when they were in town taking care of wedding errands. We hit it off right away!

Anna had many ideas of what she loved for her flowers, so we changed the plan a few times, but that was okay because what we landed on was stunning!!!

Anna sent me photos of her bridesmaids dresses so we decided to complement the dresses with burgundy and light pink/mauve colored flowers.

One thing Anna was always clear on was the bridal bouquet she wanted. That never waivered! It was a large cascade style which if I’m being honest I was a little scared to make. (I’ve never made a cascade that large before). I’m glad I took the challenge because this was honestly one of my favorite cascade bouquets I’ve ever done. The bouquet was made with roses, snapdragons, freesia, alstromeria, astilbe and lots of different greenery which included seeded eucalyptus, lemon leaf, ruscus, brake fern and camilia leaves. STUNNING!!!!

Anna’s bridesmaids were beautiful hand tied bouquets made with light pink roses, mauve alstromeria, burgundy snapdragons, lemon leaf and seeded eucalyptus. LOVED how these bouquets looked against the girls dresses!

The sweet flower girl had a head wreath that was made with ruscus and seeded eucalyptus greenery with light pink spray roses and pink a pink and white bow with streamers dangling down the back.

For the ceremony I made two large pieces to create the “alter” space. We then re-used these pieces as well as the chair pieces at the reception! ( I love when we re-use! Saves money!!) The chair pieces were made with alstromeria, myrtle, brake fern and seeded eucalyptus and were tied to the chairs with a white satin ribbon bow. The two large alter pieces were made in a green mache container and were designed with light pink roses, mauve alstromeria, burgundy snapdragons, light pink larkspur and greenery. So pretty!

For the reception Anna had some vases she’d collected that she wanted me to use. Loved how the vases were all different, made for a cool look. Despite the different vases they were all filled with mauve alstromeria, burgundy snapdragons and greenery.

This wedding turned out so beautifully! I was and still am obsessed with Anna’s bouquet! I loved making these flowers and adored the sweet couple! I wish them all the best and thank them for trusting me!
